The course will offer staff a shared literacy and an introduction to / reminder of the restorative philosophy. It also aims to inspire / support up to five educators who seek to actively engage in the practices in a deeper way through their individual on-line journey with guided scaffolds for group reflection.
Offering opportunities to grow capacities of internal champions is essential to build sustainability for schools who wish to be communities committed to the use of Restorative Practice. This opportunity is also timely as schools prepare to consider and plan for curriculum implementation (wellbeing provision) and development for the next academic year.
This introductory taster programme will offer a good stepping stone for a school wishing to begin or progress on their RP journey.
